There is an inherent issue with the boy's club in progressive media and overt sexism, as well as racism. The voices of these young men, perhaps not in age but in social dynamic, are amplified.
While I see many women in progressive media being attacked, being fired for speaking the truth and even loosing their jobs for having the courage to speak out about corruption, controversy and injustice, the voices of young men are still being elevated. These young men are going so far as to police the tone, content and even the appearance of the women working in progressive media. Where is the respect? Sabby Discusses this here.
My critique of RBN is that the menzes of RBN are also taking up the most time and space and air on the platform, and are most often the hosts and facilitators of the conversations, from what I’ve seen and gathered.

Bias, Stigma and Discrimination
What are Bias, Stigma and Discrimination?
(oxford dictionary definitions)
Bias - prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.
Stigma - a mark of disgrace associated with a particular circumstance, quality, or person.
Discrimination - the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex. [and disability].
Why is this important to become aware of?
The onerous and responsibility has been placed on those who have been stigmatized and discriminated against to correct the systematic actions and inequities and to form a case that proves the acts of abuses of power, both systematically and in relationships, are problematic and harmful to those being discriminated against, targeted with interrogation and intimidation and stigmatized. The burden of truth has been placed on those with less power systematically, on those without representation, and those without advocates as the odd individual out.
The Pain Cycle of Bullying & Hazing
What are Bullying, Hazing and Intimidation and Interrogation?
(oxford dictionary definitions, unless otherwise specified)
Bullying - to seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce (someone perceived as vulnerable).
Hazing - Hazing is any activity expected of someone joining or participating in a group that humiliates, degrades, abuses, or endangers them, regardless of a person's willingness to participate. There are three components that define hazing: It occurs in a group context. Humiliating, degrading, or endangering behavior (www.stophazing.org).
Intimidate - frighten or overawe (someone), especially in order to make them do what one wants.
Overawe- impress (someone) [Not in a Good Way] so much that they become silent or inhibited.
Intimidation - the action of intimidating someone, or the state of being intimidated.
Window of Tolerance
A person’s “Window of Tolerance” is the individual's scope, comfort and ability to maintain a sense of wellbeing in life. The Window of Tolerance is unique to each individual.
I liken this to the spoon theory in chronic illness and our abilities to perform and engage and how while living with a chronic illness, we may have less resources (spoons) available for use during each interaction, experience, day, week and month. Our resources may vary depending on other life stressors and the impact of those stressors.
The Window of Tolerance is the place where an individual is feeling okay, stable, able, and has executive functioning ability.
The Merriam Webster dictionary defines executive function as:
the group of complex mental processes and cognitive abilities (such as working memory, impulse inhibition, and reasoning) that control the skills (such as organizing tasks, remembering details, managing time, and solving problems) required for goal-directed behavior
Trauma happens and occurs when an individual, family, community or population has been pushed beyond the Window of tolerance into The Tipping Point.
The Tipping Point
The Tipping Point is when you are thrown out of your comfort zone by an impact on your body, mind, and/or daily life existence that has an effect of pushing you forcefully outside your comfort zone. This is a phase transition that leads to things like shock, trauma, fragmentation and a loss of self, loss of a sense of time, a place where it’s difficult to think and respond and may even be difficult to remember details and an individual may not even be able to communicate their experience when they are pushed to the tipping point or beyond it. The Tipping Point Results in a loss of Executive Functioning.

Compounding Trauma
Think about the effects of a car crash on public safety, and the levels of damage that can be done by the severity and impact of the car crash.
Someone can be in a low impact car accident that does little damage to the vehicles and the inhabitants of the car. On the surface the damage is small. The impact of the crash can vary depending on the experiences of the individuals involved in the crash.
Has the individual been in a more severe crash in the past? If so, depending on the individual's window of tolerance the individual may be more impacted internally than the obvious small surface damage of a scratch or a dent. If the individual is of a vulnerable or marginalized group, the impact on that individual may be more disconcerting in ways that are not perceived on the surface level.

What is Safety?
Safety - the condition of being protected from or unlikely to cause danger, risk, or injury.
Help - make it easier for (someone) to do something by offering one's services or resources.
Helping - the action of helping someone to do something; assistance.
(synonym: support/supportive).
Harm - physical injury, especially that which is deliberately inflicted. damage the health of. have an adverse effect on.
Adversarial, Intimidating, Interrogating - those are not terms or ways of being and engaging that foster safety, help and trust amongst individuals, families and communities. To simplify Help that does not help is not help. Help that Harms is not help.
What is help in an empowering, supportive context is defined by the recipient of the help and support.
How Helpful was the Help?
Was the intervention helpful or harmful? Was the person engaging the intervention qualified? Was the help within the scope of practice of the first responder or law enforcement providing the help?
Was the person engaged in the intervention a psychologist or a psychiatrist or trained in family and domestic crisis and abuse? What are the costs in the present and future of sending individuals to intervene in situations that are outside their scope of practice, training, education and skill sets? What are the costs of using authoritarian interrogation practices in the present and future?
Was the help and support something that came at a high cost to the recipient in the past, present or the future? What is the short term impact of the help? What is the long term impact of the help? What is the cost of remediating and repairing the help that actually did further harm and compounds trauma? What are the metrics of the policing organization to determine what is helpful vs. what is harmful?

I created this training outline and gathered references and examples of how things can be better, in hopes for better outcomes for individuals in future police intervention situations in this municipality and at a state and national level.
Standing my Ground is not taking the easy route. My taking action to address issues despite it causing me stress, fear, and pain, is change agency and this change agency is on behalf of the current and future generations.

A Portal Day to be Sure.
This conversation, in the video below, between Heather Heying and Brett Weinstein (both of whom are Evolutionary Biology, PhDs and previous faculty of The Evergreen State College) reminds me a lot of Steve Hassan's work on Cult Dynamics. Essentially in their discussion of current kerfuffles and crimes in the financial crypto currency markets, it sounds a lot like something that results from cult dynamics playing out. Heather and Brett liken the crypto currency debacles to what happened with Enron in 2001, and it sounds like what happened at Enron also turned into a financial cult dynamic.
Sam Bankman Fried behaved much like a cult leader baiting people with the "normal guy" exterior while living in "elegance" in a parallel life he created on an island, which was hidden behind the scenes. Much like Epstein, Much like Trump. Brett’s brother Eric might refer to it as a construct persona that Sam Bankman Fried was playing out, as he referred to Epstein.
The construct has the fallacy of authenticity, bought and sold, while pretending all the while as a front puppeteer as a whole other world is playing out behind the wizard distracting the masses. Either way you pronounce Bankman Fried (as in he was freed from the bankmen and/or fried, like chicken, this story has all the foundational and structural bones of a good fiction story with hidden symbolism flashing so frenetically that it goes almost unseen by most people, right in front of everyone's eyes.
Isn't this pretty much the idea of the code of the fraternal order, which again often mimics cult dynamics and/or religious fervor of hierarchy and narratives spun to hide nefarious and unbecoming behaviors in plain sight. Making things so obvious, and then claim if one sees through the masks and theater, behind the curtain spotting the stage setters, that they are crazy, delusional, paranoid or riling up conspiracy theories?
I also have this imagined vision that either Sam Bankman Freed wanted to be free from the cult of the financial and crypto markets as a cult leader, or following being made a fall-guy as a media distraction to hide the more widespread diabolical behaviors of the markets behind the scenes, perhaps he was hoisted up to look like the problem while the more powerful were pulling his strings in the background. Or perhaps he was just a normal guy who signed documents that he didn't understand in exchange for money or real estate/material goods, to make it look like he was the initiator of the fraud, when he could be a front-man for the fraud.
Will we ever know? Media in cahoots with politicians and celebrity spin the cyphers at tornado sharknado speed, more so than ever. What will be revealed, and what can be revealed legally? Will homeland security be used as an excuse to prevent the truth from being revealed?
And what does the patriot act have to do with it, if anything? What is the debacle not linked to? We already know it's linked to media, big tech, the financial markets and big pharma, medicine and healthcare.
RE: Kelsey Piper: being associated with Stanford (and also considering Stanford’s history with the Rand corporation and intelligence agencies as well as some connection to the origins and/or usage of the delpi method, If I am recalling correctly) makes me question whether she has two jobs, and also has a journalistic front and perhaps works with the "security state" behind the curtain/scene/spectacle.

Cult Dynamics are Everywhere. In Relationships, Families, Communities, in Academia, in the Workplace, in Religion, in Law Enforcement, in Politics and in so many facets and avenues of society. We are experiencing an epidemic of extremism and cult dynamics in current times. Steve Hassan Discusses this Below.
I sent the following conversation between Steve Hassan and Mayim Bialik to an individual who I felt was very entrenched in some cult dynamics, after he had been very abusive, strangling me repeatedly as an intimidation tactic, as well as being mentally and emotionally violent towards me.
I never heard from him again, which was a kind of confirmation for me. It told me that the following content landed and it hit a nerve, his nerves this time, rather than mine. He also lived in a community of back to the land folks, who moved from Brooklyn to rural Maine, up easy street and down a very rocky road. More fodder for fiction. Can’t make it up.
My experience with the individual I sent the video above to, was similar to the experience of the woman interviewed by Katie Halper in this clip below. Although I identify as female presenting, very feminine in fact, internally my experience is somewhat like gender fluidity. Two-Spirit, the term used by many Native Americans has resonated with me for a couple of decades, although I feel like it would be a form of cultural appropriation to identify that way myself. I feel somewhat ambi-gendered. I knew I identify as bisexual at a young age.
I do identify as a Feminist, and I believe that women deserve equality and equal rights and protections under the law. Misogyny is still very real. My exploratory, yet somewhat limited experience of communes and intentional communities, is that many individuals often gather outside of society looking initially for a place away from judgement.
My experience has been that the theory and the philosophy often precedes reality and the advertisement is often better than what's actually delivered and created. What I have witnessed is often a replay of hierarchical structures and similar dominance and authoritarian dynamics, which often equates to a free for all for the men.
All too often like religions, and politics, and law enforcement and other established systemic structures are a mirror of how communes often roll, in reality, as well as cults. If it’s not a free for all for the men, there is often still inherently a pecking order, built into the structure, whether or not it is intentional or just social dynamics and sociology at play. This is true often of families as well.
People manage to go back to the land, yet still carry on with their unhealed dynamics they unknowingly brought with them, and they can play out in very devastating ways when the unconscious patterns rise to the surface. I have experienced this personally, multiple times. Control of money and sex is power, in the USA.
When Sabby said, "we need to back track here for a second," I found myself saying out loud, "like all the way back, what's been put in place and finalized and codified, exactly?" Seems like they are celebrating too soon over excitement, not reality and facts.

I’ve been picking up what this bright young woman has been putting down, for years. She lives it with her activism, and has been given access to widespread journalism, rendering them speechless, which is a blessing for the next seven generations.
